What is the Food Pyramid? A visual guide to help us choose a balanced diet. Shows different food groups and how much we should eat from each. Helps us stay healthy and get the nutrients we need. Watch the video       Look at the Food Pyramid Talk to your partner and say the different types of food you identify. Compare these two food pyramids and discuss about the differences.
